If God answered your prayer, would it only benefit you?  Most of us would reflexively say, “No.”  But really think about it.  So many of us default toward praying for selfish gain. If all you do at this point is pray for yourself, great.  But realize that this can turn into a negative very quickly…like a shadow side because the focus so quickly becomes all about you.
